I would like to share my experience with you all as I got a Tikona broadband connection with 4Mbps speed plan. First before getting the connection I went through all the review on this brand and was skeptical and final gave it a shot and call the sales person for details, found that they where the leading broadband service provider in my area where still Airtel, BSNL an others are not present. spoke to the sales person in regards to me plan and requested a installation by Saturday. Friday promptly I got a call for confirmation of installation on Saturday.
The same happened on Saturday morning got a call from the SE and came to my house installed the receiver and configured my WIFI router and had to make the online payment to get the process done faster, as expected everything worked out fine and where able to get connected to the internet.
The main point here is I was not that particular on the speed they promised but check to know what I was getting came out to be(avg speed of 3Mbps) with my WIFI connection. I happy to get connected to Tikona. Lets see how it goes in the long usages and my usage review will follow in couple of months time. SO people don't be skepticle on the bad review.
I came to know that even Big companies like Airtel, Tata & other internet service providers have worse reviews than this. Go ahead and try this brand and you will love it.
