Writing to express my concerns regarding the recent behavior of your security personnel towards guests, particularly those who may not be fully aware of the society's rules.

It has come to my attention that the security staff has been quite rude and unprofessional when addressing guests who are trying to enter the premises. Instead of providing clear guidance and information about the rules, their approach has been dismissive, which negatively impacts the overall guest experience.

Furthermore, I would like to address the issue of smoking on the premises. If there is a strict policy against smoking indoors, it seems contradictory to provide designated areas for smoking within the same space. This inconsistency can lead to confusion and frustration among guests. Why do society members think or they effin need to to school someone ? You guys have no idea, this kind of unwanted interaction can lead to something unfortunate, undesirable and unforgettable.

I urge you to take this feedback seriously. It's crucial for the reputation of Mahima Nirvana that your staff is trained to handle these situations with professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, I would recommend engaging your marketing team to address and post reviews, ensuring a transparent and constructive dialogue about guest experiences.

Hi Guys, This is Jitendra Jain I purchased a flat in Mahima Florenza in June 2021, but now the condition is very bad, Mahima appointed management agency Fintech in our society and its an Mahima stater firm, this firm making money from residence maintenance amout and making money for Mahima group.

Fintech is not ready to give our society fund IFMS amount to RWA account and residence maintenance collection is also going to Fintech account place of RWA.

We maximum residences are very disappointed with Mahima and Fintech behaviour and working style.

Request you all purchasers please come to Florenza and discuss with residence before invest your money in Mahima.

Worst experience with mahima , they charge premium price for below average apartments. Plz don't waste your money in their projects .very disgusting
