Worst developer with laziest team, non responsive non cooperative. In case you buy a property with them you are gone. Don’t fall in trap with them. They don’t respect their clients and agents at all..!!

"I'm an old customer of the Haveli project, but the management here is extremely poor. They charge fully for maintenance, but the maintenance is terrible. The pool hasn't worked for years, lifts don't work, plaster keeps falling off the walls, and the entire society looks dirty.there's a massive garbage in underground parking When you complain to the manager ramdayal ji they don't pick up the phone or make excuses or respond with arrogance. All owners are feeling frustrated here. Most people bought flats here for investment, but it's a total loss due to the management. Neither have property rates increased nor is rent attractive, and due to the filth, tenants also don't come

I had bought a Villa in Unique City in 2013, but to my disappointment , it is 2024, the project is still not complete.I got worst experience with Unique Builers as there is no ownership , no top official with whom we can raise our concerns too.Infact , numerous people including me have been duped off by this builder.

I have booked a flat in my haveli project and paid 95% and at the time of sale agreement, possession date was 30/04/2016, . Till today in 2020, I have not received possession and the bank is levying panel interest and the builder is not writing even a single letter to the bank despite repeated requests.
