Have you seen how people are suffering in other projects??? No resolution after delivering the flats which were booked in 2016 and given possession in October 2022... still no roads, no regular water, no amenities, poor Godrej Living service etc etc ...you should be ashamed of before giving glossy ads

Booking form something, in brochure, their socalled sales persons would tell all falsh things to temt you, agreement written something else and one-sided with out any QAP, SOP in place, very poor knowhow in engineering, they actually run a shop or fish market.

Earlier Godrej we use to opt, now has thrown away all from my house ending with AC.

Remove your old belief in Godrej. No more should get associated.

At all places they have cheated customers using people's loyalty towards Godjej and pinned, just check.

Do not believe a word they utter. Not engaged and good civil engineering architect firm to fool customers.

As per my experience, Godrej Garden City Ahmedabad is full of cheaters and fake management.

My name is Sudheer; I booked a flat in 2019 mid in Godrej Garden City Vananta. Until 15th April 2023, I was getting all updates, and they were 200% sure that they would deliver the flat before April 2023 and took all the payment. Even they not allowed for the last payment as a future date cheque as I had doubted that things would be complete.

Based on their promise, I came to Ahmedabad dated 10th April from Banglore(I work for Adobe Banglore) for a month. Now, a month passed, but they just moved the dates, like the next 2 days, 3 days, and 5 days. Who is on this earth, have time much time to wait, and no one can expect Godrej Properties, one of the legends in their field. While inspecting the flat, I saw that there is a huge crack in the wall under the window; I keep taking follow-up for that, but no update.

We are not allowed to talk with any person from top management, even not sharing their email; they are very clear "There is no further update, and you need to live with it".

I booked a flat in Godrej Splendor, and they are good in clarity and escalation matrix and very approachable but these people are a bunch of crooks, I had booked a flat in Godrej Garden City, Vrindavan and the clubhouse got ready after 5 years of possession.

I am seeking a definite date for the key handover and compensation for the delays and loss due to the circumstances.

At the outset I would ask all prospective buyers to not trust the brand blindly. The second most important point is to connect with current buyers who have got their flats in Godrej Woods and take a feedback before buying in Highlands or any of their other projects in this locality. You won't be given time to read the agreement, you see it at the registration office and are supposed to read and sign in the available few mins an 100 plus page document standing at the registrar office. So ask for it in advance. There is lot of gap between sales promises and delivered Flat. Insufficient Parking space, promises were sufficient open parking for all to be allocated by society. Construction is substandard with poor workmanship. The buildings don't have an entrance lobby except for 1 or 2 buildings. The tiles are misaligned, The kitchen platform has gas connection on right side but the only exhaust provision is on left side, the list is long with issues of leakages reported from new flats. Bottomline do not trust the marketing and brands promises which we did. Check ot the completed flats in Godrej Woods and meet few residents there for a first hand view. You will realise the big promises and quality is only on the marketing videos and reality is far from it.staff courtesy is good during sales after that you will realise that response to mails also need multiple reminders and phone calls. Beware it's a trap.

I admit it, I was made fool by sales team pitch. In reality it was nothing.

We had booked a flat after collecting hard earned money from years and years. We were promised amenities like swimming pool etc

Now it’s been 2 years, they are not letting us see the flat. We are not kannadiga but every time my wife visits the builder, she was abused and physically escorted outside.

One time I went to check the matter in godrej builders office, I was given the same treatment and the manager even spit his pan on my face. It’s humiliating. No one has to pay and experience such trauma. I will sell my property, I have already listed it on 99acres and other sites

I have bough an apartment in Godrej Rivergreens in Manjari. At the time of sale in 2021 they said that there will be a 6 lanes DP road to connect it to main road in Kharadi. However till date there is no sign of DP road as its stuck inland disputes. Now they say that existing very narrow and dangerous road to be used. Who will stay in thsi project with no connecting road at all. I asked many times on progress of DP road but they don't reply. Only when they need payments then they will chase you like goons.

We felt as if we were betrayed with the name GODREJ.

Fighting for days to see our own flat before final payment was something we were requesting .

From long time

Finally we were taken on site … we were shock to see the whole of the project and demarcation from Highland and solitaire.

We booked this flat almost 10 years back .. as our HOLIDAY HOME…

The first word which came out of our mouth was “AWFUL”. when we saw the Godrej woods from outside . And by the time we finished the tour we had too many other adjectives that got added other than awful .

It’s so badly constructed, choice of colour was extremely bad , amenities were not as promised , . The building looked as old as 25/30 years .there was not even single thing that made us feel that ok this can be one thing that can be the reason to use it as holiday home . Its made like a lodge.

The amenities provided was the joke .. they did provide swimming pool but a pool which which will look crowded with just 5/7 ppl into it … wonder what was the planning keeping in mind 536 flat .

Gym was pathetically designed and again it’s so small that at a time only few can go in .

Amphitheater was really a joke … I don’t know if they really know the idea of hvng amphitheater in the society … a small circular place which can only fit 10 people in there …. Was that a joke from architect…

The whole of the experience was disappointing.

The flat looked like government quarters badly finished . The quality of the work done is below average.

The decision of trusting the brand Godrej has failed us miserably.

Felt like cheated , disappointed, disheartened seeing the final outcome of Godrej woods .

The whole treatment of Godrej woods felt like redevelopment tower .

Disgusting!!!

If I had choice i wud give minus rating .

People who trusted Godrej brand … it’s a shame to see the outcome .

Builder is charging gst even when entire building construction is completed.

They won't allow us to see our own flat even after paying 95 per cent of the payment.

While booking sales team will take you for a ride by making lot or promises, but after that you would have to follow up with them, with no response from their side.

I would strongly suggest to look for alternate options like VTP bluewater in Mahalunge rather than godrej.

Never trust Godrej staff; they lie and share incorrect information with their clients. to get the booking. Indeed they have no sense in dealing with clients.

Once they get a booking, they will start ignoring you. Horrible experience I have faced.

Hi All,

I am writing this review after attempting multiple times to visit my flat which I bought 3-4 years back and never visited even after paying the full amount.

My parents are in Bangalore and they wanted to visit the Unit which I bought and paid complete amount, I requested multiple times to my RM and his Managers but they are not allowing it at all.

This is something strange as we should have complete rights to visit our Units once in a while if not frequently.

Guys please stay away from Godrej and all its properties to save your time and Money.

I feel it was a bad decision and now I don't have any option left.

I registered for Sarjahpur Project and their agents asked me to book the flat as the rates will increase from new year. I made the first payment on Friday night but I didn't get any invoice from them. I asked him to put the payment on hold and return my money as the flat size he told me was also wrong in the documents. He refused to return my 2.6 Lakhs INR. I was speaking with him from 7 days and he never ever told me that the amount is non-refundable. I sent multiple mails to complaint but nobody responed, this is how their customer care service is. I don't trust them for anything and you shouldn't too please because it is your lifetime saving. DO NOT GO FOR GODREJ

This is the worst township one can ever imagine, poorly managed staff , full corruption in Maintenance money , no transparency, poor construction quality and depreciating asset value . I have been staying on rent since last 2 years at Eden where club house had to shutdown from last 1.5 year due to conflict between society and Godrej , people who bought new flat were shown the amenities and were charged 2 lacs extra as maintenance charges while they are forced to stay in the society without club house . I bought a washing machine worth rs 80k citing Water softener will be installed ( as Water in this society comes from a heaven with blessing from lord Indra which contains 900 TDS level is sufficient to transform you bald in an year and have potential to spoil your expensive cloths in matter of months ) , but God knows wo accha din kab aayega ,

Water which comes in the toilet flush , consistently smells bad given it is getting mixed up with sewage water tank for which no one have clue when it will get fixed , flats are built in a way that you don’t have to even think about vastu , as any shape of building can be found in the society. You hardly have access to the market .

Property rates are consistently depreciating & when you go with your concern to meet gidrej guy, they will wash off their hands and will say your cluster will resolve the issue .

So think 1000 times before even Yu think to buy a property here , these people mostly selling their inventories to investors who have tons of black money and have no clue what to do with that and sittIng in Canada or Dubai and their highly paid executives get handsome perks for fooling and selling flat to them .

Its my humble and sincere request with Godrej Royal Woods management team to take due dilligence with ways of working of your CRM. They are the face of Godrej and I am going through such an horrible, insane, pathetic and bullshit experience. Not pick up calls, even calling multiple times and on top come up with shocking responses. Always pop up when Customer feedback survey rolls out to get 9 or 10 scores. Then again vanish like holloman. God damm atleast somebody is reading this from Godrej management and will take some action in the positive direction. I am also the owner in Godrej ananda project and there CRM are too good. Specially Prayag a very responsible, bang on in his work and true gentleman. Ateast take some inspiration from him. Good project gets ruined just simply because of bad customer management thats whats happening in this project

Transparency is missing, This Parsi Group Company Godrej Golf Links is completely mismanaged.

They take money upto 90% but shy away from giving posession or OC.

They are not fit to be in Real Estate Business.

Basically they do Contract Construction, with no real experience in Construction.

They are just a marketing company who runs away after taking money.

As a customer one cannot contact Pirojsha Godrej Mohit Malhotra or Gaurav Pandey. THINK 100 TIMES BEFORE INVESTING IN GODREJ PROPERTIES LTD.

We had booked a flat in Godrej properties but due to financial issues we had to cancel but they did refund the booking amount. And while booking the flat we were not informed that we won’t get the booking amount back. We tried talking to them regarding the refund but they were very stubborn. And that amount is really important for us.

We really wanted to buy the flat but our Loan was not getting sanctioned

We even recommended our friends to buy The property there and they went and booked it next day itself, we asked Godrej people to transfer the amount there instead of refund but they did not even agree to do that!

I would suggest everyone to be careful while booking.

I have had a bad experience booking a flat with Godrej Properties. Booked a flat in Greens in 2017 with possession date September 2021 , I acknowledge the delay due to COVID and 6 months extention due to same and expected possession in March 2022 , However i understand the possession will not be given until September 2022 a further delay of 6months for now with no compensation.Any payment delays from the Purchaser the builders charge a intrest upto 12% , However when there is a delay from the Builders in this case Godrej Properties they keep taking extention with no compensation to the Purchaser. Sad on the part of such a reputed Builder.

Think twice before you book a flat with Godrej Properties.

I have booked villa in Godrej Golf Links and Godrej assured possession by September 2021. The villas are very expensivealmost twice of market value of similar properties because of Godrej Brand. Godrej applied OC in fact without completing the work fully and still yet to be finished as on June 2022. Now Godrej is not committing an? date of possession after taking of payment on application of OC. The OC is pending with UP Govt and no efforts is being made by Godrej for obtaining OC and replying us that getting OC is beyond their control. Without OC the possession can’t happen. Now we are suffering due to interest on borrowing , renting and mental agony. But neither Godrej is bothered nor Govt is. Godrej is succeeded in raisingmajor demand in the name of OC but they were never serious for grant of OC as the site work is still pending and they are not ready to offer possession as of today.

We Crest home buyers are very disappointed with the attitude and unsatisfactory response from Godrej.
