I have booked an apartment in Godrej Nest c wing 2bhk in 2021. Just to tell, it's a trap from Godrej to extract money by charging premium. It's shivam land and godrej is just developing and marketing.. Unethical and zero customer service once flat is booked.

These godrej will keep u in dark and won't show ur flat, just architect letter and keep extracting money. In last 3 years I have paid 90% but haven't seen my flat till date.. I kept begging, but these cr are adamant not to allow site visit.. Its frustrating that after paying more thn 1.5 cr, I am yet to see my flat. Agreement has hidden clause regarding future taxes and LUC charges.. Now they are charging 6 lacs extra, never said unless they received OC.. Now forced to pay such hefty amount.. PL Godrej is a scam and don't go by name.. They will keep harassing u and extract money.

The Gorej name is no longer trusted, I bought 2 flats and despite OC coming in May23, they have not given possession till today, Jul24.

The sales and delivery play a game, once flat is sold their tone changes and you have no choice but to keep paying EMI without a house.

DO NOT BUY or trust the Godrej name.

Never buy property in this location.Its like staying in a slum.Building is good but the surrounding is pathetic.Its the most noisy place ever in Mumbai.Authorities are deaf.The noise gives so much mental trauma that any normal person will go psychic with this surrounding .

Recently i have purchased a flat in godrej urban park before booking they showed tower 2 lobby wich is wide and beautifull but when tower is completed i visited my flat the lobby is like small bedroom size and after all that hiding they unnecessarily charged me lakhs in name of intrest for the late payment but its not true i had cleared all outstanding amount before their commitment and now even i had payed full amount of flat I didn’t got possession i am just visiting there every day its going on from since 6 monthsjust because of that intrest i am really very disappointed its a reputed company and we trusted in the name of godrej and these people are spoiling the name of godrej no courtesy in any higher authority to even have A talk….now its like i have not purchased a flat its feeling like i am begging for home without money

I am not hetting my initial amount paid which was taken withot any heading and receipt. We have given under the impresion of Brand Name Godrej.amount given is 27K. Now sales representative Mohit Guliya not taking phone. Send me mail wirh form for cancelation of booking, which I have not done with the condition of 45 days. I have given money on Jan bit still not received refund.

I love it because, the house you see in your dreams.It is exactly the same

Here a swimming pool, a big park, a movie theatre, a gym for workout and full safty also. And the location is mumbai what else is needed in life .

If you invest your money in to purchase 3-4 apartments you will also the future's richest man .

And you should trust blindly on this and purchased the apartments because the owner of this project is Godrej prime which should be the best company ever and Really I love it .

This property is great, it looks very good , it's design is also good. I think it's a great deal one can have in such amount. I believe this could be a dream cokw true for many with a medium budget.

This is gorgeous, very nice location to live peacefull in a attractive area. Very beautiful and best architecture. This is very nice for people want peace and have to live in a attrativable society. And it is also good for children. There have gardens to relax , to play. This is a very beautiful and attractive area. GODREJ " TREE"

We have been living in Godrej Trees for the last 10 months. Absolutely love the place. With so much space within the property my kids enjoy playing around. The maintenance and the upkeep of the property is a big plus. The Taj Group is all set to open up shortly. Since it is right on the Eastern Express Highway, accessibility to town or other parts of Mumbai East is great.I will recommend this property to anyone who is looking for spacious family living with easy commute to city biz hubs.

No matter how well built the complex is, hats off off to Godrej on their overall quality. There might be some minor fixes here and there but are negligible compared to the pros.

The worst part is the kind of management associated with the Building. They are biased, drunk with power and have a feeling like they are running a country of their own.

The Management is a special hater of dogs and overall happiness of the people living in the Building. If you are renting a flat here, please be cautious. Tenants have no say over here. The rental is too expensive to take the management's lame rules.

First of all the network here is the worst ..

The lift is having issues always.. was stuck in the lift once for one hour . Society office people are very rude towards tenants . Had a very bad experience staying here !

Hi.pls dont buy property thinking its godrej brand.

We bot flat in most premium project of godrej & all we got was low quality tiles with cracks.Whole flooring is full of cracks and scratches and no one to help. They r circling issue within teams and no one to solve this.

Godrej is one of the best real estate contractor. its design and quality is too good. godrej workes for pubic comfort. its feel like haven on earth. I personally suggest to purchase godrej property.

I contacted them their customer service is very good and I am satisfied with their deep explanation about flats.

Staff is supportive and good responsive. If you cant go there they will visit you.

This Building will be ready soon and The quality and price they are offering are very good
