I had booked a table for two(me n my wife) at this restaurant, just on a hunch that it would be a great place to celebrate our anniversary. Right from the way my booking request was handled it was a great experience. We had a table on the open air terrace and surprisingly the traffic noise wa...Read more

Finally I managed to find time (this is always the most common n lame excuse given by most people isnt it?) to log back on and write. Many a times, one goes thru’ a terribly bad patch in ones’ life and has not time but to get out of the situations he or she is in. During such trying times, the on...Read more

Hey guys, I would like you to try the latest version and compare it with Mozilla Firefox version 3. Though both are better than IE, I would rather prefer Firefox, though I dont mean to say that Avant is bad. Guess its personal choice that matters more. I would also advise surfers to have a solid AV ...that scans inbound and outbound traffic while you surf. All browsers lack in this department as their forte is just to give you an easy and faster access to the net. Try Avira Personal edition which is free and updates keep coming very frequently. I am disappointed with AVG as Avira still detected viruses on a PC where AVG was installed.Read More

Firebird is great too, but Avant is as good if not better. Lets give those guys some time. The beta of Avant I use is extremely stable (I use Firebird too). Difficult to choose between them though.

Hey, I agree with you in toto. Great tool, fantastic speed and blocks those annoying ads quite well. Have replaced IE with this one. Well penned review.

There have been a number of reviews on this new kid on the block and after reading one such review I decided to check it out. After downloading the setup file (just about 2.9MB which is next to nothing compared to what good old MS dishes out), I went about installing it (fearing some crashes ...Read more

This is one eating joint everyone must visit once (typical gujarati / maharashtrian / marwari mix fare) and just hog and hog. It's located on Tilak Road just about 200 meters from the Alka Cinema chowk. The first thing one sees when going up the stairs (unless u take the elevator) is the enor...Read more

I completely agree on the review. great food, loads of desserts, great ambience, but but but...Can someone tell me how to polish off all those delectable preparations, leave aside a second helping?? I stopped counting the varieties after I reached 6 (or was it 7?). Could do with some price reduct...ions though. Funny that they did not give u the finger bowls, I got them when we had been there to hog.... Keep penning...CIAORead More

Utilities like the Spybot are indeed useful, but the first place to start is to be extremely careful with downloads and the sites one visits. A lot of personal firewalls are available (freeware) on the net that can be checked out. With a good personal firewall, one can configure automatic alerts ...for spyware, trojans and sites that need persistent cookies. Safe surfing habits would reduce, if not eliminate, the risks associated with spyware. But all said and done, spyware is here to stay no matter what people say to the contrary.Read More

Hi Philanthrope, While I do not dispute your experience with this tool, you could also try 'Advanced System Optimizer' that additionally also gives one tools to protect privacy, registry defragmentation, system file backup/restore and system cleaner/optimization. I have been using this (though... it's a time limited version as usual) and find it to be extremely stable and fast. Let me know about ur opinion, that ism if you try it.Read More

I agree with your review, especially the delayes in delivery. They take much more than what they promise. My experience is also identical. The 'Free Size' they mention is not free at all, at least not for adult sizes anyway. I will definitely think ten times before I order anything next time.

Nice review, keep at it. Some sites will eventually end up as pay sites (e.g. Bluemountains.com) if not already so. While I agree that egreetings is a very convenient way to send 'feelings' to otherwise unreachable near & dear ones, they lack in the personal touch. I think everyone will a...gree that a greeting that has been signed by hand means a lot more (more so if it's given in person). But, at times, we are forced to send egreetings (likely when we suddenly remember a birthday, anniversary etc) at the last moment and it's only for these reasons I find egreetings very useful. Good-n-informative review. Read More

I agree that ESPNSTAR.COM is amongst the best websites for news on sports and sports related stories, facts etc. I only wish they would improve upon the page load time. Takes more than what I would expect from such a great site. Great analysis, comments, analysts and writers. Well, with Harsha Bh...ogale and the like, it's not very surprising is it? Good review. I agree on quite a number of names except the following. Sir Garfield Sobers replaces Ian T Botham as he's a far more versatile all rounder, in fact the best of all times. Instead of Javed Miandad, I would include Imram Khan for his devastating bowling & better than average batting. On any giv...en day, Michael Holding is a far superior bowler than C Walsh. I would also replace Brian Lara include Barry Richards instead. A much better batsman (he would have been right at the top if SA had played more cricket). The rest choose themselves. As for the captian, Sir Garfield is my choice if only for his tremendous all round game and respect everyone has for him. This is not a criticism pal, just my version of the Dream Team. keep writing.Read More
