Hi ,
I purchased few items from rediff.com online and even after a week the order status was pending. I didnt receive any mail from them regarding the status nor a phone call. The worst part of it is that there are no contact numbers for customer service neither on the rediff.com,India or US.
This is really disgusting that you purchase assuming that these are well known sites and they provide you with awful service. After failing to find a contact number, I sent a e-mail to the customer service and all I get is a automated reply and here is the content. You may want to read the last line. If the mail id is discontinued, why do they have this id on their site. I cant believe such sites are allowed to exit. Surely, there should be a watchdog, which audits such sites for abusing customer service.
I would recommend the shopping community not to buy anything from rediff.com. Its really frustrating!!!
