Look for excuses to deny your claim

Then they should refund all the premiums you have paid to them for the last many years. If they asked you that question in any application form and if you answered wrongly, then it may be a problem

In spite of giving the order no ( Order No: 301883827) I did not see any action. Came to know about another dangerous information from the customer care. Even if the order value is very high like few lakhs too, if it is non furniture item, they are going to take 20% of it if the order is confirmed ...and item has been procured by them if it is cancelled. We loose the money even if we do not receive it. It is understandable if we receive it and open the packing, they can take packing fee. All other ecom sites like amazon, shopclues, snapdeal, flipkart, I placed order with most of them and cancellations did happen for some of them some after shipping, some after receiving, some after using too. Never faced such thing like 20% charges for cancelling even before receiving it.Read More

Such a large delays in shipping by them. Company itself says, it takes a couple of weeks. How this reviewer is comparing them with flipkart who delivers in a day's time and 2 or 3 days for standard shipping with hour to hour updates on shipping.
