Unprofessional and Unreliable Team. Review on Redbus

Last week I have booked a sleeper with Meghana Travels using redbus. The bus operator cheated us by asking us to move to some other seating only rubbish bus which did not have enough accomodation to accomodate all in Megana travels which is notorious cheater by themselves with the pretext of RTO seized their bus due to documentation issues. RTO asked them to refund entire amount and bus operator agreed. I claimed the refund from  Redbus and after discussions, they told me they are going to process the refund and they took considerable amount of time and they did not keep up with their promise and refunded a small percentage of what they promised in the end. Later on, they stopped responding to my queries and showing no care attitude towards any legal consequences. They are not keeping up what they agreed to. We have gone through enormous suffering in the bus we were asked to move as there was only last 5 seater in the back end of the bus and due to worst suspension they had in the rear side, about 11 hours, we suffered the constant bumps all through night.
