I just want to mail my feedback to you that my decision for taking health insurance policy from your company was very bad. You guies just sell the insurance to increase the revenue of your company. I had purachased health insurance policy from you guies which have no meaning.


Today my father is in hospital you guies have rejected it stating that your policy is not 2 years old we cant settle the claim while at the time of selling of health insurance your person has told clearly after to policy issuance if you get hospitalised for at least 24 hours, we cover it. Now my father is in Medanta Hospital Gurgaon which is in list of your cashless treatment hospital list, undergoing process of surgery . 1 person from your company visited to Medanta hospital( Mr Triapthi .


He was telling his name) and after examine all the things he confirmed that we will settle your expense of sugery, medicine and Dr fees, please submit your cashless card and do the operation. Now today morning before going to operation theatre Dr has told to submit operation fees 2 lakhs Rs I told them that we have cashless card from star health company, he replied they have rejected your application. I was surprised. I request you to please consider my dad's application. If not, I am not going to stop here, I will take this case to your CEO Mr V Jagannathan and if not settled I will go to IRDA& consumer court.


People do health insurance to protect their family not for paying premium to a company. If company people had told me that they settle after 2 years, I could have purchased it from icici prudential or New India insurance company. These company people had approached me to purchase policy from them but I had given chance to star health. Some of my relative had also told this is very bad company in settlement, this company cheat with people emotions. They just want premium from people pocket to increase profit of their company. I am still thinking why I had purchased from you.
