I have placed a duplicate order by mistake and cancelled the order after 1 day. By that time they said, the product has already been shipped and charge penalty of 20% on the order value. Simple return even before receiving the delivery, costed me huge. Their policies are not customer friendly. Suggest not to do shopping with them. I had a painful experience to have shopped with pepperfry.com.
Flipkart, amazon, snapdeal etc., do not charge any for cancellations. These people donot accept returns unless product is defective. You cant't return due to change of mind or better price elsewhere etc. It is very customer unfriendly ecom site.
