This looks good. But, during 1st use itself, steel coating has gone in the drum and looking ugly. The support guy came and not listening to anything. He says, that is not guaranteed and drum can't be replaced. He says, the internal wiper needs to be kept towards right side. If it is placed left side, that problem happens. It must be so low quality steel to get damaged by single use. If plastic wiper rubs it for 5 minutes, steel drum should not get damaged.
The design flaw is, why it should fit at all, if wiper is placed towards left side. Technician says, it is very common mistake the customers do. It is very easy to make it to fit only right side by changing the lock and hole shape to fit only one side, so customers can't make that mistake and save its looks at least for sometime. It makes noise while in operation.
Technician says, after using for some days, the noise will go. Very disappointed to see it in bad shape within a couple of days after we bought it. Company customer support never responds to the emails or complaints given from their website.
