From your review it appears that the Front Office Department is poorly managed at the Hyatt. And being the face of the hotel to the guest, it's indeed critical that they are the best amongst all departments within the hotel.

thankfully i've been with HDFC Bank Cards for about 4 years now and never had any problem... maybe u should try speaking with a manager in the credit card division at their HO in Chennai. Hi Abha, To answer your question you should try Hilsa curry, which is the ultimate fish as far a Bengali is concerned. You need to be wary of the tiny bones in Hilsa though and of course be prepared for the liberal dose of mustard paste.
