My friend Ragav, All retailers either offer a replacement or a repair for the products they sell. Not doing so is fraudulent. also later heard about flipkart selling fake goods. Also, don't you think Flipkart customer service reps promising a callback and then not bothering to is poor behavior?

The issue is resolved. Pawan from Letsbuy social media team took personal responsibility to ensure that I got the replacement product that I asked them for. Good job Pawan. I just wish if your other customer service folks were as serious, informed and speedy in handling the issue. If they had been, ...it wouldn't have taken 3 weeks and I wouldn't have had to express my grievance here.
