Recently I ordered a Samsung Galaxy K Zoom from Amazon.in. Order number 404-5435133-4716324. In a couple of weeks the back panel started coming apart. I was patient. In another week, the reception quality started going down. When I called customer service.
They first told me that the product is outside the return window and I need to contact the manufacturer. I didn't want to waste my time so I pushed for escalation. They offered to talk to the manufacturer's support center. I told them to go ahead. They must have figured out it's not worth their time either. So later they relented and allowed me to return the product.Please check up to what date you can return the product.(Don't assume 30 days as they advertise).
