I ordered for "Kaspersky Internet security 2013" from Flipkart few days ago. Just after I ordered I came across a customer review on the Flipkart website who had stated that the product doesnot display the version 2013 that he received from Flipkart. Apart from this one review, all other reviews were very much in favour of Flipkart services and had 5 star ratings.
I received my product on the 3rd day after ordering....the courier executive asked me not to open the packaging and make the payment. But I refused to pay unless I saw the product inside. As I opened the stuffing, I realized that actually there was no year mentioned on the outer box of Kaspersky. I have been using Kaspersky from past 3 years. So I immediately realized that it was a duplicate product. So I cancelled my order and did not pay anything. Thank God I had selected a Cash on Delivery mode. I logged in to Flipkart website to go through the customer review page again, but they had removed the review of the person who had written about the fake product. This was my first n last experience with Flipkart.....m never going to use its services again.
