My name is Bharath and I ordered an ASUS eeePC laptop from letsbuy.com in october 2011. (Order number - LSB-432612 )
The device was faulty with very low battery life (1.5 hours vis-a-vis 4 hours advertised) and overheating problems. Initially, their customer service folks gave me a hard time in terms of getting a replacement. Eventually, Pawan from their social media team took personal responsibility for the issue and arranged for a replacement product of my choice to be delivered. Of course I paid the difference amount. Happy with the replacement product (Samsung 3 series NP-350 U2B) and Pawan's prompt action.
