This is about the order number OD2032916103R bought from Flipkart.com and delivered on 30th march. It's a Jabra wave bluetooth headset. The product has broken and partially stopped working. I have been calling Flipkart's customer service. The only response I get is that they cannot replace the product. I never asked for a replacement. They always promise a call back and email help on how to resolve the issue. I have spoken to to least 3 or 4 customer service reps from Flipkart - Binit, Richard, Naveen......
Forget resolution, they have not even gotten back with the details of the service center for the product. They are trying to fool the customers and take them for a ride. I now have reason to believe that Flipkart has sold me a fake Jabra product. Otherwise, why dont they act as promised? If they cannot, why even sell a product that cannot be serviced. How can they sell a product that is neither replaced nor serviced?
Flipkart is a fraud company and the products they sells are not genuine. If the product starts malfunctioning, then go help you. Flipkart customer service people never will. They are liars. It must be their company policy to lie. The products displayed on the site are fake and the warranty information is fraudulent.
I have given this company the benefit of doubt for long enough. I think the only thing the frauds at flipkart deserve is a mass boycott and a class action suit.
