You broadband is a fraud company. They steal customers' money. I enquired with You Broadband on whether they provide internet in my area. They sent emails and made phoe calls telling me that they do. You Broadband's telemarketers started calling me and pestering me about when I'm placing the order. I finally bought broadband connection from You Broadband on 9th June 2013, Paying Rs 2834. (Order number: 2013053004044). I was promised activation within 7 days. However, I did not get it even after 10 days. Worse, there is no phone call or email explaining the delay. They have just stolen my money and run. Fist of all it was hard to get in touch with the customer support. They play hide and seek with customers. Even when their customer support people become available, they dont solve problems. I have spoken to 3 people from their customer support so far - Soudamini, Tabassum and Mayur Jain.

They have a very casual attitude. They refuse to give a time line for when the activation will happen. You broadband's customer support people will say their technical department will call and let me know when my service will be up. This apparently never happens. They have no clue about the problem and they don't even pretend to have a clue. You broadband service is extremely shoddy and their people are simply arrogant. They refuse to offer any help. In fact, they behave in a way that acknowledges that they are in the business of running away with money. Nonetheless when you call for help, they show a complete lack of courtesy, information and responsiveness. Sometimes they cannot even trace my order inspite of giving them the order number and transaction id. If they don't even have my order in their database but money has gone out of my account, it means someone is stealing it.

They promise free installation for connections bought online. Now I know why. You Broadband is siphoning off customer's money. They behave like they are doing favors to the customer, while the reality is that You Broadband is a mythical beast. It is not a genuine business. You Broadband is a fake company, doing frauds. It is a company run by thieves and unprofessional crooks. It is extremely insecure to transact on their website. In fact, I have cues that point to "You Broadband" storing the credit / debit card info of the customer, which they might misuse later. Beware of You Broadband's tricks to hoodwink the public.
