almost same situation they created with me .. they delivered wrong size & wrong color jacket & when i told them to refund .. they are replacing instead of refund .. i called them several times but of no use.. Also the kind of ppl siting in there call centers are not capable of holding customer co...mplaints / requests . they have no idea what to do.Read More
