My RO system needs fixing ASAP. I registered complaint with Customer Care on 28th October 2013.Chennai. Nobody visited or called. Then again Called was given a escalation number and assurance that within 24 hours a person will visit.
Even after numerous calls and false assurances or should say open lies today is 4th November. No visit or calls and I am still to have my RO fixed which is my Drinking water mechanism. I have even sent repetitive mails to their senior management but of no use. Even Senior Management is not responsive what we can expect from staffs at ground
The inconsiderate people at Eureka Forbes don't care .Even for essentials like Drinking Water. They literally force to sign Costly AMC assuring priority service but don't even basic after Sales Service.
Will not recommend anyone to buy and if you have brought by bad fate like me. don't buy their AMC. It is just daylight robbery. The worst part is that this is happening in a metropolitan city like Chennai then can imagine what will be the state of small tier cities.
Can't give a good rating to a product with 3 rate after sales service.
