@Bizpartners Agreed that chargeback is a dispute between the customer and merchant. But you fail to undersatnd this: To chargeback a transaction, Customer makes the requests to Credit Card issuing bank. Payment gateway occur a very small loss to be paid to CC card issuing bank, which is in turn... paid by Merchant. CCAvenue sites doesn't display Customer chargeback rates anywhere on its site. Chargebacks have been a big headache for Merchants all over the globe. Usually a fraudlent transaction is 'chargedback' by customer and Payment Gateway (in this case CCAvenuw) must have a solid mechanism to trap such transaction while payment being made. This person has put is some good review and warned about the Payment Gateway services of CCAvenuw.com. After CCAvenue reading the negative feedback, they solved his issue, so this guy removed the review. Worthless. He should have had added extra comments like Issue is resolved now. :-(

'I called Meru in Mumbai at 5AM from my number several times, and each time I was disconnected just before my turn arrived, after waiting for 20 minutes or more' It has happened with me too. Feel pretty pissed off by this.

@Bizpartners - A refund that is forced by a Credit Cardholder's and Credit Card company is known as charge back. About 10% is the cost that CCA will levi on the merchant in case of chargeback. Hope you get it. As per my knowledge it is very very high.

Rs 500 penalty is wrong as by paying 4900 you must have had paid the MINIMUM AMOUNT DUE. So Barclay's Bank is wrong in it. My experience is not really good. I happen to have HSBC and Barclays Credit Card with same credit period -> same due date (3rd of month). I had deposited the cheques for b...oth bank in same (Skypak) drop box on 1st Oct 2007 and was picked up promptly. HSBC money was deducted on 3rd and Barclays' was not and they charged me Late free + ST + Cess. After a fight, I got those charges reversed. About reversal, one things that I can say, not just credit card but anytime you are over charged, you can negotiate only till you have made the payment. Once you have made payment, you simply lose your negotiating power. honesty is best policy but NOT when you have been overcharged in Credit Card, Telecom bill, etc. Sadly, they don't provide any request number (docket number) for the complaints registered over phone. Hey you really had a bad day.. do you know taht among no-frill airlines SG has best 'on time' record as per DGCA. it ws 98+. Dude.. Look your experience by other way too... One can say even though it was impossible to fly on that specific day (fog), SJ still managed and served it customers.

I certanly don't trust your review. Just wonder if you didn't fly in last six month (time since you joined MS). You have been flying for last 30 years and have not bothered to to write any damn review about any airline in India. Well No airline staff is rude even if they are right and youe demands ...are too much. They are trained and PAID for taking all kinda flyers. They must have asked you to leave politely. Don't take it to your heart. It happens. Happend with me. Inattention, I don't think any damn aireline care about anything more than travellers following the procedures. Earache is definately an issue no LLC provids cotton for same. You can always pay double in Full Carriers and get the ear buds. (I know they provide it, my dad told me). See don't campare LCC to FC with services that FC provides. Compare in the sense of services provided by LCC and FC.Read More
