Seems like a fake review. No order details have been mentioned. Ans its surprising that another negative review came a few days ago where no order was mentioned and that customer too didn't want to return the article. I don't understand why you guys don't want to return the product when they offer t...o pick it up from your place?? man check your Bigshoebazaar account. you have been given the refund as reward points which can be used to either buy another pair, or encashed to get a cheque. didnt you get the mail we sent?

its very disappointing you know, when you create a company focussed on customers, and they still get an opportunity to leave a bad review.
