I must compliment and congratulate SpiceJet on the great service you provide. I haven't boarded the flight yet. I am suppose travel on 1st Feb but accidently the ticket got booked for 4th Jan. I don't know how it happened and I didn't even notice it while printing the tickets. Today, on 4th of Jan I got an SMS sent from GOD (spice jet) that due to fog in Delhi the flight is delayed by 30 mins. I don't which other airlines will send SMS to its passenger for 30 mins delay.
Then only the realization struck in and I was able to change my itenary with a minimal charges. But imagine what would happened if I had landed on Delhi airort on 1st Feb with my family without a ticket. Damn!!! I can't imagine the thrashing from my wife and in-laws. Thanks to SpiceJet ... guys your technology Rocks!!!
