Aramex is the culprit in my case too. The tracking info in respect of an item showed that it returned to mumbai after coming to hyderabad. I contacted customer care. it was unbelievable that they asked me to cancel the order and place another order with next delivery option that usually costs Rs 100.../- To compensate they gave me the gift certificate for rs. 100/- apart from the refund. Strangely the item was delivered by aramex on the same day. I notified them that i got the item as well as the gc and refund of amount paid. And they told that they cannot receive the payment. So I got the 100 rupee gift card as well as the watch for free!Read More

my experience is totally different. this is the ONLY site where the customer support is available 24/7 and who UNDERSTAND the query. The closest indian competitors will send a sort of mail merge response that does not address the query raised.

It is dispatched by cepl (distributor for datawind) on 27th may and held up in hyderabad by sales tax authorities for non-payment of taxes since 28th may. as seen from the tracking page of dtdc.in. I do not know if it will ever get delivered!

Don't worry. They will send it. Perhaps a week or two behind schedule. And another nasty surprise is that the photon shown as bundled is NOT. You need to pay another 500 to 700 rupees and take a post-paid connection. They won't give you pre-paid! I think since the product is somewhat low priced, you... can't expect good support.Read More

I have finally received the product on Saturday. But the photon 3G dongle that was shown is missing. And they have asked to register on ichoose.in or visit a tata teleservices outlet. They want a payment of Rs. 500/- towards handling charges. It is really hopeless place to transact.

Not yet. He has emailed some tracking number yesterday stating that it is couriered through aramex. However, the website says it is invalid or no data is available. I don't know if this yet another trick.

Reliance's interaction with direct customers started with telecom. I was also one of the DAPO customers and got out of it when they announced their offer to allow customers to leave there service when most of the hungama customers defaulted and made a huge loss to the company. Unfotunately that loss... is also absorbed by insurance companies who issued the policy without apparent application of mind and perhaps due to Late Pramod Mahajan's pressure. I came to know that Reliance has used the same strategy since beginning including the petrol and deisel retailing. And they have been successfull defying all logic.
