Seems like Eurekha believes in making its customers suffer for choosing them. It 3rd day today and no body has responded to my concerns. No body responds if you select the Option 2 (service) on the so called support helpline. The local person does not answer if his manager's number is asked for. ... After waiting for one hour to get an SMS, still the manager's number does not come buy. When called the call is being cut. I was given this number to lodge a complaint viz. 8082299333 this call never went to this number! I tried the number which google shows viz. 09339883333 the call was answered but when the service was selected the call just went dead. Here is the investment which has gone so far for me: 14.3K to get it installed After 3 weeks the tap started to leak. It took several calls to get the person to come and look at it and fix it. Finally when the guy came and fixed it was told there some clogging which caused the issue. After just 3 days again the same issue happened! Next 4 -5 months went with out issue, than in 6/8 again the had to pay Rs.3420/- for replacing Pre silver Membrane. For 9/30 again the filter was taking 5 hours to get filled, guy came after 3 days of followup took Rs400/- and clean the candles and went. 4 days later again the same issue. Can you look into this? Hi Aparajita,Firstly thanks for responding, glad to see some one caring from Eurekha post sales are done.My issue is NOT resolved. The guy came i paid him four hundred rupees. 2 days later the same problem, It is taking 5 hours to fill the water purifier. When we call you guys, we are told the water... is very dirty and a new filter has to be fit to avoid clogging of the internal parts.What i do not understand is why did you guys designed a device with price tag of 14K which needs another device to increases its life which will cost 1.2K?You guys are clearly out here to loot the general public where you charge for every visit, every instrument plus pathetic attitude.Read More

Had a salary account with Kotak too. Most of the interaction was limited to my HR partner. So cannot comment on the service part of it. However, interest they pay is definitely good. My view would be that online banking for Kotak is very secure. Have not faced any issues for a year... now. Read More
