I had an employee salary account with Kotak Mahindra Bank. Above all I would like to say the services are painful. The people working in the bank are themselves not interested in their work. They are frustrated and making the customers frustrated. If you ask a simple question related to the charges of the saving bank account, they will confirm the same with their managers and then they will let you know.
There was abrupt deduction of miscellaneous charges from my account without my notification, for which they have taken almost 8 months after I wrote numerous mail to the senior management. It costs losts of mental harassment to me.
It is a pathetic bureaucratic organization, where employees have no idea what they are doing. They don't even know what are the documentations required to change the account type. ATM location are very less in any town. In online banking, when you enter your log in ID and password, you receive an automated security code to your mobile number which most often fails and you fail to log in to your own account.
This is pathetic and this bank is not for emergency situations at all.They are marketing themselves for their attractive interest rates; however, you can get the benefit of interest rates of any bank's recurring deposit plan.
