I have lodged a complaint on 18-June(#: 76785618) stating that water is not getting filtered. The technician had attended and said that all filters need to be replaced. We paid Rs. 4500/- for the filters, which includes 1yr. warranty. Immediately after couple of days we got a new problem where water is overflowing(not getting stopped after the max. level). I have raised complaints continuously(#: 76969061, 77062453, 77025881). Every time, I call the service center, they feel sorry about the inconvenience but nobody attends the complaint.
This pattern where once the technician comes to fix some problem, immediately after few days some other problem comes, happened even before.
I am really fed up with the service.
