Why are you suffering...make them suffer... You might be having the invoice with you that might have mentioned the delivery date (say 15 days waiting)...Talk to the owner of the if the owner of the shop from where you had purchased the Kinetic and get it cancelled. I had done this once with Honda... Activa dealer because he failed to deliver the vehicle in 50 days...they had promised to deliver the vehicle in 45 days. If he is not responding, simply go to police station and lodge a proper complaint with them, alongwith all your payment details. Take the police alongwith you to the showroom and let the police handle the matter. Believe me...this works. I had previously lodged a police complaint aginst the salesmen of Honda Activa showroom and got them arrested. I then talked to the owner and he refunded all my money back. All the best.Read More

I had an experience in which inspite of paying the full amount I was not getting the product in my hand for over 1 1/2 month...so I did one thing wrote a mail to them with a CC to all the possible newspapaers in India....... So whatever communication was happening between me and thier Customer Ca...re was visible to the whole world...You never know when other newspaper would like to pull the leg of other newspaper :-) It is not the loss of Rs. 500/- only...it is the loss of 'THE MOMENT OF HAPPINESS'.......that you had lost because of those xxxxxxxxxx, whatever you would like to call them..... Hey Buddy, In case of big institutions, you have to twist the relevant arms....as these institutions FEEL that 'Nothing happens if they lose one customer' Go to the Branch Manager from where you have taken the loan/ nearest branch and escalate the issue to him. If he doesnot address your issue..., ask him to provide you the Mob. Number of 'Regional Manager' and escalate the issue to him.... Never waste your time in contacting 'Call Center'....they DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY to resolve your issues.
