Never Ever in Your Life go to Honda Activa Showroom in Deonar


This is the story of Honda Activa employees who enjoy their work by "not providing service to their customers", "not servicing" their customers and "exploiting" them.I really mean it and you will come to know once you go through the content below.


Summary:


1. Never trust employees from Honda Showroom.they will never communicate with you regarding the enquiry you have made.you have to yourself make enquiries at various stages


2. Never talk to employees from Honda Showroom, they do not have the sense on How to talk to customers and they always tell lie


3. How to handle them.wait till Saturday, I am going to take action against them


4. There is lot and lot of hidden costs when you are purchasing any Honda vehicle.the extra costs will go over Rs. 4000/- in terms of "basic" accessories that you would like to attach to your vehicle.this would not be told to you at the time of booking


FLASHBACK


Case 1: Buying Honda Activa prior to Diwali.NEVER DO THE MISTAKE.You will be worst fool in the world


It was the month, when there was the season of Diwali. I wanted to purchase Honda Activa on Diwali.so I went to Honda Activa Showroom in Deonar Depot 1 1/2 months before Diwali. I was told that if you take the 2 wheeler on loan you will get the 2 wheeler in 10 days.but.but.but.if you take the 2 wheeler by giving FULL PAYMENT.you will get the vehicle in approx. 2 months time. well I was in no hurry to purchase the vehicle so thought of purchasing the vehicle after few months.


Case 2: Try to purchase Honda Activa at some other time.you will just screw your brains out by figuring out what the hell is happening in this world where the employees of Honda Activa are not at all entertaining you and even if you call them you hear abusive language and lie after another lie.


Finally I thought of purchasing the 2 wheeler. I made the booking by giving Rs. 500 on 06 Dec, 2006. On the booking form it was clearly mentioned that "Expected Date: 40 to 45 days waiting".similar case.if you book by loan .you will get vehicle in 10 days.but if you book by giving full payment you will get in 40-45 days. I was asked to make full payment 1 week before the delivery.45 days i.e., I should be having my vehicle on max 22 Jan 2007(Monday).


Full Cheque payment was made to them on 8 Jan, 2007(Monday) and other necessary documents for RTO were given to them on 11 Jan. 2007(Thursday).they were having full one week to process the necessary formalities between 15 Jan to 19th Jan.Note: They themselves asked me to give payment one week before delivery.


I called them on 23 Jan, 2007(Tue) enquiring on the status of the delivery of the vehicle and got the reply that I will get the vehicle after 01 Feb, 2007.after 9 Days.Reason? RTO is closed on Friday(26 Jan) and Tuesday(Moharram) and Thursday(Elections) .I said but it is open on Monday(29 Jan) and Wednesday(31st Jan).NO ANSWER


I said . the vehicle was supposed to be with me in the current week itself(by 22nd Jan) .the process of RTO should have been over by last week.No answer from'Rekha'.yeahhh.she is the "Phoolendevi" of Honda Activa showroom in Deonar.I will tell you why.she then handed over phone to some person(Mayur) and he in turn asked me to enquire with the salesman with whom I had interacted initially.


So I called Swapnil(Mo: 9892042045) and asked him about the status of my vehicle. He said me that he is presently in Santacruz and will give me a call after sometime. I asked him to provide the number of the manager of the Showroom.he said he is out of Mumbai.I said give me the number.So I called Vinod Patil(Mo: 9870075076), the Manager.


After repeated attempts I was not able to reach him and so called Swapnil again asking him to provide me justification on why my vehicle has not yet arrived. I also told her that Rekha was giving excuses of why my vehicle could not be delivered before 1st Feb. And I said to him that the manner in which she was talking was not proper.


After 5 mins I got a call from Rekha.yeah . the Phoolendevi.she started abusing me on the phone.shouting at me saying that I do not have any manners to talk.


Then came the dialogues after which I concluded that she is the Phoolendevi.


"Tujhe baat karne ki tameez nahin hai.aa ja showroom mein aur cancel kar de apne scotter ki delivery.jitna paisa chahiye le ja.WOW Man.see the level of authority Honda Company has given to it's employees.they have the guts to talk to customers in abusive language and have the authority to cancel an order."


Well how did I received a call from her.when I called Swapnil, who said that he was in Santacruz.a LIE.he was actually near his office and when he reached office he switched on his speakerphone so that everyone in the showroom can listen to what I was saying.


I called Swapnil back and said to him the manner in which Rekha was talking. When  I asked him why the vehicle is still not delivered inspite of being written that the Expected Date is 40-45 Days.then he told me that 40-45 days waiting means that after 45 days the processing will start? It means do I have to wait for more days?


After sometime I got a call from the Manager, Vinod Patil, and he promised me that he will look into the matter and will personally call me.


Hummmm.i am waiting for him to call me before Friday 02 Feb, 2007.


If he does not call me? What am I going to do? How am I going to convey employees of Honda Activa Showroom a lesson on managing expectations of a customer?


I will be reaching there on Saturday morning at 11 a.m.
