Please make it more descriptive, so that people can understand, what is the way Aparna Constructions is doing business, how the customers are treated menially, and how dominantly they behave when it comes to maintenance.

Aparna should be banned and blacklisted from Construction Industry.
They are behaving as Mafia, and fooling customers.

I agree with you all.
Madhu sudhan is one worst people who should be fired for his bullish behaviour.
Even aparna management is entertaining him.
He doesn't give due respect to customers rather than treating them as dogs.
People should teach him a nice lesson, don't spare him.

Its really a bad experience for you.
But not every model is successful in IFB, you need to enquire properly before you buy.
I am using IFB Elena, for past 8 years, I have absolutely no problems with the machine. Its fabulous.
I didnt have a single problem except i got hot water pipe broken, and r...eplaced.
I even took AMC once, but i felt its worthless, as the product doesnt have any problem.
Service at some places, like chennai was too horrible from the user experiences.
Yours is a very typical case, may be IFB stopped looking at their customer needs.Read More

yes service personnel are a big problem at Service Centres of Mahindra 2 Wheelers.
They are often rude and give poor focus on customer issues.

I know machine is a better performer as i I own an IFB Elena.
It is problem with service people everywhere in india for any product, some places it is more, while some places it is less.

At the Service Centre it took 2 hrs to get the things done and get the vehicle.

After another 30 min of vexed trials, I wanted a last try kept on giving Self-start for continuously for 5 min, without giving a break.
Suddenly the bike starts.
I called up Mr. Abdul, and said to him the bike starts now, and he asks me to come to the Service Centre which was another 12 ...km from Mettuguda. He further said carburetter needs to be cleaned and there might also be an overflow, due to which vehicle stopped.

On 27 August 2010, which happened to be my birthday, I was enjoying the ride and felt it was a birthday gift.
I was on way to office and reached Mettuguda, which was approx 12 km from my home, and the vehicle suddenly stops.
It doesnt even start after several kicks and self-start. Vexed ev...en after trying an hour.
I called up Mr. Ahmed after trying for 30 min, to intimate the same, he then informed Mr. Abdul about this.
After 15 min, as I did not see any response, I called up Mr. Abdul, spoke to him, and he said he will be there in an hour.
