After purchasing IFB W/M we have to buy so many other products(descaling powder, etc. etc.) which they only supply.
Those are very costly. If anything goes wrong they change the spare part and will take away the faulty spare part with them. customer will not know whether the spare part changed was really faulty.
If we have to retain the faulty spare parts with us we need to pay extra, (for this they will give a reason that they are avoiding duplicate) and each spare parts are very costly.
We need to pay for the new spare parts giving away our old spare parts for which we have paid while purchasing. They are cheaters be careful.
I purchased the descaling powder after using that my mach's drum totally became black in colour during the warranty period itself. They promised they will replace the drum but they have not.
