I totally agree with the above review. There are few things you will like about Aparna Constructions. However, there are so many not-so-glaring problems dealing with Aparna once you get possession of you house that you will bang your head as to why you choose an Aparna apartment. Go to Aparn...a Cyber Commune and ask anyone on the quality of construction and the fittings - right from faulty kitchen sinks to seeping leakages. Even your windows just fall off due to faulty fittings - this was accepted by even the maintenance vendors. Other Aparna communities too have hundreds of issues which come to light only after sales formalities are done - hope you got the hint.Read More
