Mr. Sanjay Sharma, who represented as Manager, Hyderabad HO, branch, and who is the culprit and Kingpin of this whole worst episode of fraud committed under the shelter of MAX CARGO PACKERS AND MOVERS. I had got a inquiry call from Mr. Sanjay Sharma, on 2 and 3 December 2014, for an online and just dial request for cargo to transfer my household goods from Hyderabad to Bangalore, following which I gave the confirmation.
They gave me a quotation of Rs. 15k+ insurance as applicable to move goods from Hyderabad to Bangalore. The insurance amount paid was 3000 INR, and Rs. 350/-(undisclosed cover note charges in addition). On the day of 06/12/2014, he assured to be present by 7 am, to start the packing.
I had to reach Hyderabad on 06/12/2014, at 6 am to my home, to transport goods.Till 7:30 am the person neither called nor turned up, and I had to call to know the status.He said he would reach in 40 min, and came to the house to see the goods.All my goods were already in packed boxes, except the major items like almirah, fridge, etc.
He started smartly saying that he would come up in 1 hr to pack the goods.After an hour when I called up, he said it would be too early to come, and he would come at 5 pm, and insisted that work would be done by 7 pm.I clearly instructed him that its a gated community, and security will not allow you after 7 pm to go outside and the time would not be sufficient.
This guy smartly convinced sir I would reach by 2 pm and start work. But he reached by 3 pm, and his cargo driver and other person reached by 3:45, and they did not brought any material.They just put tapes on the existing material boxes, which were there and shuffled the material from one box to other to show that they are working and wasted time.
Meanwhile he was busy on calls from 4-6 pm, and was away from the place, as there was an accident happened to one of his cargo at timmapur, which I came to know.The person still started bluffing saying the cargo is on the way from 3 pm to 6:30 pm, whenever I was asking. after 6:30 pm the cargo reached, but there were only 2 people to shift the packing of the entire things.
They left the major items which were unpacked till 8 pm, just kept saying its only 20 min.I clearly realized he is just bluffing but its too late now.I clearly had a ticket booking to the last bus at 10 pm at mgbs bus station, and my cab reached by 9 pm. But still these guys are just showing that they are doing work and the cab left by 9:20, and then they took time till 10:30 and then the person started behaving rudely and adamantly.
If money is not paid in full they would not give the items, as they are in their possession, for his known reasons, which is another adamant behaviour exhibited in gated community in presence of security before every one at an odd time. Mr. Sanjay Sharma is clearly a fraud, but I understood it lately, I had paid him a cash of 4500/-, which he had acknowledged on the consignment note, and mentioned 350 as cover note charges which are additional.
He neither provided receipts, nor he was in the intention to give delivery from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 06/12/2014.Here comes another stupid, who is in support of this Sanjay Sharma, Mr. Sunil, who collected Money from Customer both for travel and insurance, and acknowledged in sms in Bangalore.
Later he sent Mr. Rajender, WHO provided the receipt, but SUNIL on demand, tried to get generate all the fake insurance covernotes which is just make the customer believe that he is acting for the customer, correcting the things, and ensuring he would get the insurance done.After all inconveniences, when asked about insurance, they just delayed matter smartly by saying Insurance is done, it would be sent in 7 days.
I kept following, for a period of one month, Sunil keeps saying I am travelling, I will update you once I talk to Sanjay and never calls back, clear escape and kept following 2 people to get the documents.At the end, last week, sanjay said to send me address to post, as the insurance came from the company, and he would courier it.
I have followed 2 times, on friday and saturday, to inquire about status.On Friday, Sanjay 2 Jan 2014, replied that courier receipt is lost, he is searching.On Saturday, 3 Jan 2014, sanjay replied, in a worst manner, no insurance is there, it will not be provided, and stating you go to hell and don't call me back, and picked up a quarrel stating unnecessary matter, calling me Mr. Nagaraj, and worst language I have ever seen.
On Saturday, 3 Jan 2014, when followed up with sunil, adamantly sunil said, my job is to collect money, and as per instructions of sanjay, and you can go to hell. This is very clear that MAX CARGO is a FRAUD, BULLSH*T, SADISTIC, and CHEATER company, when it comes to show RUDE BEHAVIOUR, ARROGANTLY DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS, CHEATING CUSTOMERS, HARASSING THEM in all means,
instead of giving a good service.
These people should be burnt alive for all the pain you caused to a innocent customer.This should be spread in all means to expose your company reputation and a legal action shall be initiated. BEWARE OF MAX CARGO PACKERS AND MOVERS, and MR. SANJAY SHARMA, AND MR. SUNIL(+91 9392938455)
