Guys,
How long would we sit quietly and take it? Writing on the internet helps some other people but does not help get our money back. Let us file a class action lawsuit against them!
Let us sue the sh** out of these guys!

Hi All,
I can see a lot of people are facing problems with their Samsung LED TVs. The basic problem is that just after warranty gets over horizontal lines start coming up and they ask a huge amount to get it fixed.
Even if you get it fixed, they say that there is only a 1 month warranty! ...So you spend around 25,000 and there is only a warranty of a month.
The issue is Samsung has a faulty design and there is a 'pixel burning issue' with their panels. Hence many people are facing these problems. Samsung faced and resolved a 'class action lawsuit' in the US for faulty design and had to fix all TV sets there, free of cost.
In India they take us for granted. Let us all get together and file a class action lawsuit against them, there are provisions in the IPC and consumer court for this. I would also try to get some media attention on this and get the 'Aam Aadmi Party' involved because they stand for people's rights.
This is our hard earned money and we cannot let these companies play with our money like this. Since India is changing, it has to change in terms of consumer rights too!

Hi,
Facing the same problem, Samsung definitely has a fault with its design. How long would we crib on the internet?
Let us form a group together and plan for a something like a 'class action lawsuit' against them and get our TVs repaired.
