I have a very bitter experience with Samsung LED TV. I have purchased my dream LED TV with my hard earning money 1 year 6months back. Last month I found there was issue on display screen (picture quality) dark patch on top right corner. I have logged complaint for the same engineer visited and found issue with display panel, need to replace, which cost is 26K.
I have find it out from my personal resources at the Samsung India service RM, there are more than 60% failure rate comes on LED TV panel. It means their product is not stable even I have contacted MD and CEO of Samsung regarding this issue, but unfortunately these are Korean no kind heart for us.
So please don’t think for Samsung LED TV as it’s too costly it will pinch you if the panel issue comes within 2 years. Also share with friends and relatives not to west their hard earning money for this stupid product.
