I have Samsung LED 32" 4 series. Bought last year, when I turn on TV after 20 minute vertical lines are being displayed on TV and only audio comes. Then I switched off TV for 2 minutes and turned it on, and all of a sudden the TV works now. And again 5-10 minutes same story repeats. I had called customer care and they are asking problem checking amount more than my TV cost!
When I have been going thru the complaint board I notice that that many peoples are having the same issue. If the same problem are with many people’s Samsung TV then there must be flaw in the TV design/configuration.
First of all how can that specific problem arises as soon as your warranty period gets over? (just 1 year!).
Because of that pathetic, irritating problem, I lost my interest to watch TV. Samsung has to recall TVs and give the satisfactory solution without any delay.
I understand Samsung is global brand (isn't it?), then how they charge more for checking/servicing if you bought the TV from other country. If this is the case then Samsung has to BAN to sell their products to customers if customer is not belongs to that country.
At the nutshell, DO NOT GO FOR SAMSUNG, VERY PATHETIC SERVICE. WASTE OF HARD EARNED MONEY
