My friendly advise to those are looking for LED TV, Please don't keep your option for Samsung product because I lost huge amount of money by purchasing 46 inch 3D LED from Samsung. I brought my LED TV for 85000 with warranty period for 1 year but this product shows its real color after 13th month(its just one month after warranty gets over).
My TV panel board had gone and it would cost around 40000 was conformed by local Samsung service center. Then I tired to contact concern person in Samsung for this issue and to get discount for the new panel board through toll free, this call center person always replies me that the concern person from Samsung would contact you within today.
Finally, the customer care head from Samsung contacted me after 1 month of my complaint registered and I placed my request to get discount for the new panel board to him but he said once warranty over Samsung won't be responsible for the product replacement or giving discount it seems and this made me frustrated. Please imagine that buying a tv for 85000 and giving another huge amount 40000 for repairing it, how hard it will be ?
So my bottom line is "Samsung product would be reliable only until its warranty gets over" . So my friendly advise - please don't seek any 3d/led tv from Samsung better go for SONY or LG. Don't think that Sony tv is costlier than Samsung because I am suffering now due this thought that I had while choosing LED 3D TV from Samsung.
If anybody want to lose their money please go ahead with Samsung product and I'm sure that you too will write reviews as I'm doing now.
