I also have a loan with IDBI bank and they had messed my credit report by reporting 1 loan twice, one was showing good status and other was showing defaulted. I worte to them multiple times but nothing was actioned, but then I compained to RBI on the ombuds office, you wont belive it , within 7 days... everything was sorted out and the reports were corrected. I would strongly recommend the best way to deal with banks is to file complaint with RBI.Read More

this example looks like a US card and not a card from India. In US the credit situation is very bad and hence all card owner are facing same issues.

The flash uploading is very slow. It took me 6 hrs to upload only 3 images. These people dont give free album, which is an additional cost unlike snapfish.

I recently subscribed to the Life style package. which contains NDTV Imagine, Bindass, 9X, Zoom , NDTV Good times, UTV movies, World Movies and Active Darshan and Active Cooking. This package costs Rs 40 pm. To my surprise except the Active channels which are of no use, Bindass, World movies every o...ther channel in the package is Free to Air. I dont see any value in the stupid paid channels in the boutique. One is forced to pay for thse channels and pay of FTA channels. I dont understand what is TRAI doing to regular DTH.Read More

tata sky is equally or even worse. Due to the bad weather my dish postioning got disturbed, and these people charged me 300 Rs to fix it. Also the channel boutique is so volatile that you would see channels disappearing every now and then.. My advise would be to hold on for few months , the comp...etition is getting heated up and there would be some good player in the market.Read More

I agree that the service quality of Tata sky has detoriated over times. In the last few months it has dropped many channels which my family used to watch and these channels were free to air channels. Tata Sky seems to be only concerned about making money via all means. Recently I had a issue with th...e reception, it took 2 days to get it resolved and I missed the final matches. Over and above I had to pay 300 Rs as service charge. I see DTH like any other phone service, who dont charge for servicing. But Tata Sky is a world class service :) I think for people in big metros DTH is not the way to go, we should look forward to IPTV which would have advanced technology and more number of channels.Read More

I understand the pain you must be going through. I have also faced such situations in past with other institutions. What has worked very well for me is to be very professional in my communication and dealing and secondly, I write directly to the CEO or MD and copy all Newspapers and regulatory bodie...s (like RBI, IRDA, TRAI) and things are taken care in 2-3 days easily. To get the contact details try searching first the name of the CEO/MD from the website and you can find the email by doing some googling. Trust me this technique works.Read More
