well, i'm not sure about the policies IDBI follow , moreover ther DSAs are cheat and customers like us have to suffer because of negligence from IDBI credit officials and sales person , who while picking up the documents commit lot of things and later they retract from their own version.
Imagine I...DBI is sanctioning home loan without informing customers about processing fee and loan amount or any other such information. Complete cycle of loan santion takes place without involving the customer himself and he is kept in dark till he gets sanction letter.
Nice way of earning processing fee??? Employees must be proud of It?? very quickly it has transformed itself from ethical to unethical bank and new found growth through unethical means.
Hope IDBI bank implements more such processes , which hardly cares about customer and their credit history.

I had applied for IDBI Home Loans as they offered me 85% LTV ( which was more than 80% LTV from other bank, from where I got the sanction letter).
