Rgundapa, The sad part is the base package amount was never touched. It got it for one year and it is still valid for one year. Only for Add-on it used from balance. Now when balance vanished they disconnected even base package. The Annual package is never linked to add-on. The balance shown is b...ased on only add-on and the irony when they disconnected they dod for base package. I was forced to do a recharge yesterday towards add-on and my base package stayed in tact valid till Feb 2009.
