My story is still worst. I have been fighting to get my savings bank details, cheque book and debit card for the past 2 months. I have complained upto level3 now.


They have asked me to go to the branch saying the details are returned to the branch. In the branch I got very reluctant answer. Nobody is willing to solve that problem. Instead they keep on playing jokes and enjoying their work. I have called to the branch once. I was listening to some laughs and personal stuff from the other side. After 3rd attempt the lady started speaking to me. I couln't control my anger and started shouting on her. I was shocked, she was asking me why I was speaking like than when I asked her whether it was the correct way to deal a customer.


They have no obligation to kill the people if they don't receive the credit card bill or personal loan EMI. They don't spare atleast a single day. But they don't think that their services also should be like that. Should I take some gundas to the branch and abuse the Manager? I'm sure any earthquake victim will receive the fund from any government office better than this way. Atleast he will get some good information. Why should people stop transacting all together?  Yes, easy going nature and we naturally forgive them. That has become a boon for such stupid people. These people are trying to raise theit customer base. They take any person who just finished SSC as an employee. So, naturally we're putting our hard earned money and time on these stupid's hands. In return we'll get earthquake victim treatment.


HDFC bank opened my account in 1 day and handed over all detailed immediately. SBI took 2 days to open account and 15 days to deliver the debit card. Corporation bank took 1 week to send me the debit card. They do whatever they say. But ICICI people said I will get all details in 10 days, if not 1 week. It had been more than 2 months now. Yet, I didn't receive any details. But the pin numbers, account numbers and passwords. Its a customer retention strategy. What I can I do with these? If they were able to deliver these, why can't they deliver the useful stuff? They are the creative people to put the blame on customers top to bottom. I am planning to go to a consumer court against this bank.
