Tata sky is fooling people. You never get to speak to CSR if you call the helpline number. And don't think that it is a toll free number(1 860 425 6633). You will be charged for each minute you are holding the line. I was trying to talk to someone by holding the line for more than and hour and finally I had to give up. This is one of the worst customer care I have ever experienced.
Also you very often you find the channels are disappearing and you will find some no to call to subscribe that particular channel, for which you will be charged separately. Also if it is raining the settop box will not receive signals and you will not be able to able to see any channels.
I am extremely disappointed with tata sky. Pls don't ever buy tata sky, instead you can stick with your cable connection.
