As Vinay pointed out, it cannot be anyone else than an Angadi silk sycophant who can support a customer unfriendly shop. Angadi silk is not a footpath shop that any customer can go with a saree and ask for an exchange. If you are in sales, you better have the courtesy to treat your customers in a wa...y that they can come back to you again. As they say, it is easier to get a customer, but difficult to retain him. Unfortunately, Angadi doesn't understand this. Though I stay a stone's throw away from this shop, after an initial bad experience with them, I have never ventured to this shop and am highly recommending others not to venture here.Read More
