kannappan.. if you go to consumer court, you will be wasting at least 2 years frequetning the court. i suggest besides filing a consumer complaint also file a criminal complaint against the chairman and all the directors of the company for cheating, misrepreentation, breach of trust, causing wrongfu...l loss and dishonesty. go to the police and tell them these above charges. civil court or consumer courts can give you only paltry compensation which is not the requirement. the guilty should be punished.Read More
