please indicate your customer ID customer care service personals are not skilled with technical details of internet. they do not help with 'critical' system issues. as for patience, you need patience to wait for customer care to pick up your call as they are always busy. fake review

you paid 2k more for a product and you say the website is amazing? contradictory don't you think.. clear up your mind before you write a review. By the way, checking prices on different websites for the same product is not called hack up.. get your terms right..

I would never go for sites like these, lucky draw as well as money back guaranteed.. it usually has a star mark somewhere hidden.. saying terms and conditions, if it does not do no proceed!! Even if it does proceed with caution cause some marketers take advantage of loopholes of marketing.

I am not surprised, happens when these kind of sites are updating their inventory. In this case, as it is their fault they should have credited some amount to your account as an apology and offered you a different product or similar product, some sites I know of do it (LetsBuy & Zansaar do it).

great good to see you have posted order number, btw all online shopping sites send the goods in packaged form, and if you find the package tampered then do not accept the good and return it right away.. If you accepted it and opened it and also used it, then its your problem... you used it even afte...r you found scratches on screen? you yourself are to be blamed more than the shopping site. A lot of goods are damaged during shipment and every shopping site accepts the damaged goods and do refund your money. how do you expect to get refund after you started using the product??Read More

Airtel is scamming a lot of its customers now, they activate add-on packs and when you contact customer service they blame it on saying it was due to usage of Airtel Live / Airtel Broadband..
