I would like to share my experience with f&y which has been good so far until you have to refund the product.


I would say




  1. the products are really good,




  2. the delivery package is impressive,




  3. the online site is professionally designed.




  4. So many good offers






BUT


If you have to refund the item then I strongly recommend you to follow proper escalation matrix.




  1. DO NOT CALL their customtakeouter care - usually always they are busy and if you are lucky enough, you get to hear their voice and the same story always - so don't waste your money in calling.




  2. Lodge a ticket in their website - that is best way.(you have to keep patience in getting their response - wait for a week and if does not come)




  3. Send a reminder email to the support team support@fashionandyou.com.




  4. If yet not getting response in week, then I sent reminder saying I had no other choice then to go consumer forum which I had to do since did not receive response for a month.




  5. As soon as you lodge complaint in consumer court/forum, you should get a response from fny




  6. Out of 3 instances, I had to go to consumer court only once, else received positive response from fny team within a week and also I got my refund money back.
