Today somehow I came across to the indane website, registered and it worked pretty well... but othe rthen that the overall service from Bangalore based, Indane distributer - Gajanana Enterprises - koramangala 4th block is appreciable. I've been using this service from past more then 2 years... and frm transferring the distributer from others to this, till today I nevver came across to the hurdle (usually which we expect in PSUs).. 100% Correct..!! Even I had the same experience. I have very minor scratches on the body..for that VW workshop told easily - only 10K buks+tax ..sucks..!!! (and I have to take prior appt two weeks before and keep my car on weekdays - what the hell!!!!) I told clearly when there are more scratches ...in future or some more work then and then will get it repair there... Then I went to Carnation (Owned by Maruti suzuki)..The service, representatives' response..everything was excellent..and for the same scratches, they told 3000 Rs + tax.. If you need to replace the part then also you can get it done in carnation but carnation ppl needs to buy it from VW. In this case, you can save in the labour cost. For touching the car also VW is charging like anything...but i dont care since there are lot more better option to get them done!!!Read More
