Hi All, I would like to inform that Lokesh and his team in Yebhi.com were really upto their promise in ensuring that I received the consignment by 7th Jul 2012, Saturday.... They also ensured to call me up and get a confirmation about the product quality as well. I understand that the in...cident started off with a wrong note but they proved to be concerned enough about the customer and I hope to shop with Yebhi.com again :) However, the courier companies too need to be little concerned otherwise such incidents are prone to happen time and again. I received a call from a concerned manager (Lokesh) who was very humble and updated the status of the shipment and promised that he will check the matter with the team as well as courier company. There is a lapse from the courier company too as the tracker is now showing the ''in transit'' status.

Amazing and real value for money

Buying may be easier but you will repent later when you are in search of any accessory even a small battery cover which costs around 1200 in indian Rupees but very difficult to find one in even big places like Bangalore!!!!

Standard Chartered Visa Credit Card

I have HSBC gold personal, HSBC corporate, ICICI platinum, CITIBANK Gold cards. I also HAD Manhattan card :-) If you remember there was a greata cash back program by standard chartered.... When I realized that manhattan doesn't fall in that category for the programa I just THREW it on their face and... cancelled it immediatelly..... Moreover the credit card agents in India are the most useless people in the world. They know nothing. The people who call up are only there to make false promises.... They are least bothered. Absolutely true. I had a pathetic experience with PAFEX today. I had sent a courier on 13th June from Bangalore to Banagalore ( local ). On 24th I got a acall from consignee that he hasn't received any courier till date. Was shocked! Logged onto their site and clicked on tracker. I could... see that on 16th they had mentioned 'undelivered' reason incomplete address of consignee. No one from PAFEX bothered to call me( consignor ) or the consignee........ ( remember it was 24th june that day ) almost 10 days after dispatch I realized it did not reach destination..... This is first half of the entire story...... Read the second half: The receipt did not have Bangalore telephone number of PAFEX. They use Bombay slips. I called up Bombay number, after a few tries, I got connected. One lady said I must calal Bangalore branch and gave me 3 numbers. Then I called up Bangalore office, that lady said 'system is down' she cannot track it. She had to check manaually. So I had to wait till she could do it and she said she will update me...... As you must have sensed it now.. She did not update. I had to call up after an hour or so. Same reply again...... Called up after another hour, that time I met a frustrated woman in life, she was so arrogant, she told me she cannot do anything. I called up again and this time I asked the reception to connect me to the Boss ( yes BOSS of PAFEX in Bangalore ) She said he is not available... Why not? After all what is he losing? She transferred the call to One Sumitra, supposed to be another arrogant senior customer care rep. She also promised me that she will get back... :-) Again.... no luck I decided and called up Bombay office again... Seh said she will contact Bangalore office and get the details.
