On 7th Mar 09, saturday morning around 10AM I called up 9243100100 and place an order for battery. The person told me that WITHIN 3 WORKING days someone will visit my house to replace it.
On Monday 9th( 2nd working day) I called up again to know the status and same reply "it is 2nd day and within 3 days you will get it. I WILL SEND A REMINDER".
I called up on Tuesday( 3rd day) at 4pm and again same reply as above.! and he also said somebody will reach before 6:30.
I called up at 6:10 again and one idiot said that it is not third day, it is just 2nd day because first day is not counted! What rubbish answer? I had to teach him the mathematics and calculations. He kep arguing. But why take all 3 days? Whats the meaning of WITHIN 3 days? Is it all 3 days and beyond?
I did not get any response and I called up on 4th day( Wednesday) at 12:45 pm and One SRIDHAR answered saying my calculations are wrong and it is actually 3rd day. One more stupid guy.
Well he also said that he will send a reminder! How many reminders? I asked for the number and he said they do not have any number?
Which era they are living in? They do not have the number of their office and they are doing this business in market? Pathetic. Hindustan Unilever Ltd! Are you listening? You are not fit to be in this market with such incompetant people.
I have sent email to hundistan unilever and pureit email ids but yet to hear from them.
Also I am lodging an online complaing in Indian Consumer Resource and Grievance Redressal system. Let me see what calculations and excuses they give this time.
